Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the Billbez app and website (together, "Billbez"), provided by Orbitlink Innovations Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Billbez, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Billbez is billing software for shops. It lets you record items, create bills with GST, print receipts on a Bluetooth printer and download sales reports. Billbez is a tool: you are responsible for the prices, tax rates, HSN codes and other details you enter, and for meeting your own GST and accounting obligations.

2. Your account

• You log in with a mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Each mobile number is one shop account.
• Keep your phone secure. Anyone who can receive OTPs on your number can access your account.
• The details you enter for your shop (name, address, GSTIN) must be true and yours to use.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New shops get a free trial of 7 days with all features.
• After the trial, a paid plan is needed to create new bills. Current plans and prices are shown in the app and on our pricing section.
• Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. When you renew before expiry, the new days are added to the end of your current period.
• If your subscription ends, you can still view and reprint old bills and download reports, but you cannot create new bills until you renew.
• We may change prices for future periods. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Payments made by UPI or cash to our team are recorded by us against your account. Refunds are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Billbez for unlawful activity, to create false invoices, to interfere with the service or other users, or to try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your data

The bills, items and customer details you enter belong to you. How we handle them is described in our privacy policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep Billbez available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network problems or events outside our control may cause short interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Billbez is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business interruption.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Billbez at any time. To have your account and data deleted, contact us from your registered mobile number. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Billbez after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
