This policy explains what information Billbez collects, why, and how it is protected. Billbez is provided by Orbitlink Innovations Pvt Ltd.

Information we collect

• Account details: your mobile number, used to log in with a one-time password.
• Shop details: shop name, address, GSTIN and bill settings that you enter.
• Billing data: items, prices, HSN codes, bills and, if you choose to enter them, your customers' names and phone numbers.
• Payment records: the plan, amount, date and payment reference for your subscription. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Printer setting: the name of the Bluetooth printer you select. This stays on your phone.

How we use it

• To run the service: log you in, save your bills, print receipts and build your reports.
• To manage your subscription and confirm payments.
• To contact you about your account, payments or important changes.

We do not sell your data or use your billing data for advertising.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with service providers that help run Billbez: an SMS provider to send login OTPs, Razorpay to process payments, and our hosting provider to store data. We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the service.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists so you can see your bill history and reports. To delete your account and its data, contact us from your registered mobile number. We may keep payment records for as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can view and correct your shop details in the app at any time. Customer names and phone numbers on bills are optional.
