Shipping and delivery policy

Billbez is software delivered online. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

Delivery of the service

• Online payments: your subscription is activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. In rare cases it can take up to 24 hours.
• UPI or cash payments to our team: your subscription is activated within 1 working day of receiving the payment.
• You can see the new expiry date in the app under Settings, then Subscription.

The app

The Billbez Android app is provided as a download. Contact us and we will send the download link and help with installation.

If activation is delayed

If your subscription is not extended within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at +91 94466 46937 or support@vendornet.in with your registered mobile number and payment ID.
